Harbour Inlet Association Board of Directors
The Harbour Inlet Association (HIA) is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of between eight and twelve directors, with the president of HIA as its leader. The officers include the president, vice president, treasurer, and secretary.
The Board is elected by the members of HIA at the annual meeting where the current president of HIA presents a slate of Board of Directors to all the members present. The slate of Board members is developed by the nominating committee. Any current member who is present at the Annual meeting can also nominate another member to be a board member.
HIA holds Board meetings every second Wednesday of the month from 6:30 PM to 9:00 PM at the St Sebastian Church Hall except in August and December. Members are welcome to attend the Board meetings. There is an Annual meeting of the entire membership in November when the new Board is elected. Occasionally due to scheduling conflicts, the dates of the meetings are changed. HARBOUR INLET ASSOCIATION
The Harbour Inlet Association is a voluntary organization of Harbour Inlet residents who undertake many activities throughout the year to make Harbour Inlet an even better place to call home.
