On Thursday, October 31st ,2019, the annual Halloween Party will take place at San Sebastian Church Hall. All children and adults are invited to attend. There will be plenty of socializing and pizza before everyone heads out for ‘trick or treat’. Plan to wear your most creative costume!
The Annual Meeting of the Harbour Inlet Association will take place on Thursday, November 6th, 2019 6:30pm until 8;30 pm in the San Sebastian Church Hall. This year the Fort Lauderdale City Commissioner of District 4, Ben Sorenson, has confirmed that he will attend the meeting. Ben will be there to give us an overview of recent activities that affect our neighborhood and answer questions members might have. We plan to review the last 18 months activities and to set an agenda for the coming year. The previous Annual Meeting was held in April 2018. Elections for new board members are scheduled to take place at the Annual Meeting.
Our Yearly Holiday Party is scheduled for Friday December 20th, 2019. Last year’s event was very successful, and we are anticipating that this year’s event will be equally so. A reminder email will be sent out so that everyone will be aware of the date. The announcement of the winner of the Holiday lighting competition and the introduction of Santa Claus are highlights of the Holiday Party. Please plan to attend in order to meet and socialize with other Harbour Inlet residents enjoying the Holiday Joy!
The Easter Egg Hunt is scheduled for Saturday April 11th 2020 at 9 am in the St Sebastian Church field. The Easter Bunny will be there handing out of candy and prizes for the neighborhood children. Come and share their good spirit!
The Taste of Harbour Inlet and the Annual Yard Sale are planned events for 2020 but the dates have yet to be determined. Once dates have been established, they will be announced via email and the HIA website.
